Ingredients
  • 60ml Nepse Bulls Whisky
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 15 ml simple/sugar syrup
  • 1 orange twist, for garnish
  • Large Ice Cube
Direction

Step 1:

In a mixing glass, add 60ml of Nepse Bulls Rare Malt Whisky and stir together with simple syrup, and two dashes of Angostura bitters. 

Step 2:

Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube, and garnish with a lightly torched orange peel and or a maraschino cherry.

  • 60ml Nepse Bulls Whisky
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Juice
Direction

Step 1:

Add 2 tablespoon of Honey into a cup. Boil around 200ml of water and pour into the cup over honey.

Step 2:

Add 60ml Nepse Bulls Rare Malt Whisky, lime juice & ginger juice; stir lightly. Add a cinnamon stick for garnish if needed.

  • 60ml Grey Wolf Platinum Filtered Vodka
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • Half Cup Ginger Beer (if not available, ginger ale can be used as substitute)
  • 1 lime wedge for garnish 
  • Ice

Step 1:

Pour Grey Wolf Platinum Filtered Vodka and lime juice into a mug (traditionally served in copper mugs). 

Step 2:

Add ice cubes and ginger beer. Stir to combine. Place a lime wedge at the edge of the cup to garnish.

  • 60ml Grey Wolf Platinum Filtered Vodka
  • 125ml Tomato Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • A Pinch of Salt & Black Pepper
  • Hot Sauce
  • Celery Stick for Garnish
  • Cherry Tomato for Garnish

Step 1:

Put a handful of ice into a large cocktail shaker. Pour 125ml tomato juice, 60ml Grey Wolf Platinum Filtered Vodka, 1 teaspoon lime juice and 15ml simple syrup into the shaker. 

Step 2:

Add a few drops of hot sauce and a pinch each of salt and black pepper. Shake hard then strain into a tall glass with ice and garnish with a celery stick and a cherry tomato.

  • 60ml Berries & Blues Gin
  • 50ml Tonic Water
  • 50ml Soda Water
  • 1 Slice Cucumber
  • 30ml Unsweetened Grapefruit Juice
  • 15ml Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Sprig of Rosemary

Step 1:

Put a small slice of cucumber, lime juice, rosemary and grapefruit juice in a shaker. Muddle until the cucumber disintegrates releasing its juice. 

Step 2:

Add 60ml Berries & Blues Gin, and some ice. Shake well.

Step 3:

Strain into a tall glass with some ice. Add tonic water and soda; stir gently. Garnish with a rosemary sprig if needed.

  • 60ml Berries & Blues Gin
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • Ice
  • Lemon Zest for garnish
Direction

Step 1:

Put the honey in a small jug or cup and add 1 tsp freshly boiled water. Stir well until smooth and the honey is nicely thinned down.

Step 2:

Pour the honey mixture into a cocktail shaker along with 60ml Berries & Blues Gin, lime juice and a large handful of ice. Shake vigorously until ice melts.
