Step 1:
In a mixing glass, add 60ml of Nepse Bulls Rare Malt Whisky and stir together with simple syrup, and two dashes of Angostura bitters.

Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube, and garnish with a lightly torched orange peel and or a maraschino cherry.

Put a handful of ice into a large cocktail shaker. Pour 125ml tomato juice, 60ml Grey Wolf Platinum Filtered Vodka, 1 teaspoon lime juice and 15ml simple syrup into the shaker.

Add a few drops of hot sauce and a pinch each of salt and black pepper. Shake hard then strain into a tall glass with ice and garnish with a celery stick and a cherry tomato.

Put a small slice of cucumber, lime juice, rosemary and grapefruit juice in a shaker. Muddle until the cucumber disintegrates releasing its juice.

Strain into a tall glass with some ice. Add tonic water and soda; stir gently. Garnish with a rosemary sprig if needed.

Pour the honey mixture into a cocktail shaker along with 60ml Berries & Blues Gin, lime juice and a large handful of ice. Shake vigorously until ice melts.
